        The Office received a Jiangsu Periodicals Association’s document (Su Kan Xie Zi [2017] No.21): Notice of Jiangsu Periodicals Association on Issuing the Appraisal Results of Characteristic Columns and Excellent Planning for the “Bright Pearl Prize” of 2017. The document indicates that after expert review and approval by the director office meeting, 40 special columns like “Study on Zheng He” of Journal of Nantong Vocational & Technical Shipping College were determined as characteristic columns, and 29 items such as “Constructing the Philosophy and Social Science with Chinese Characteristics •Development Strategy” of Social Sciences in Nanjing were decided as excellent planning.
